About The Owner:

Janika is a Licensed Esthetician & dedicated to a Holistic approach. Her warm and inviting demeanor, combined with her expertise in both esthetics and holistic wellness, allows her to educate clients, & achieve their best skin, and overall wellness . She loves all things skin! Helping clients to reach their skin care goals is her number one priority. She has an intuitive touch, and a talent for tailoring treatments, combining corrective skincare treatments with holistic practices to produce results for her clients. She offers a range of services including facials, body treatments, and waxing all utilizing high-grade natural and botanical-based products that are gentle on the skin and the environment.

Janika's mission is for every client to leave feeling educated, and empowered about their skin, and to provide them with the necessary skills to attain a beautiful glow from inside out. She hopes to guide every client towards healthy, revitalized, and radiant skin.

Spa Info:

Booking Appointments: Convenient online scheduling is provided via the above “Book 24/7” link. New clients will first need to register as a new user. To accommodate your appointment needs, we recommend you schedule your next service before leaving the studio. This ensures a time and day especially for you.

Confirming Appointments: You will receive three texts/emails when booking appointments. #1) Once your appointment has been accepted, you will receive the first text/email.  #2) You will receive the 2nd text/email 4 days before your appointment.   #3) The last text/email is a reminder at 24 hours before your appointment.  You must confirm your appointment by 24 hours before your appointment or it will be cancelled.

Arriving for Appointments: We encourage all of our clients to arrive on time. Starting your appointment on time allows you to receive a relaxing, leisurely service. We cannot guarantee that all services will be completed for late arrivals. See Cancellation & No Show Policy information for late arrivals.

Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule, please notify within 48 hours (2 days before) prior to your appointment time by Text or Call (no email or comment on online booking). This time allows us to fill your appointment. Without notification we lose the ability to accommodate another client in that time slot & therefore have to charge a 100% cancellation fee of your total service cost.  *Consultations will be allowed to reschedule only one time with a 48-hour notice for the Consultation fee to transfer.  We require a 5-day reschedule/cancellation notice will be required.

Children: Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit. This is your time!

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in any service and may be given at your discretion.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

CANCELLATIONS: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 48-hours in advance to avoid charges. You will be charged 100% of the service if you fail to cancel. Advance notice will help us utilize our availability and accommodate our clients’ needs.  

NO SHOWS: Appointments that are missed without notice given will not be allowed to schedule future appointments. Please understand this is not personal, but affects the livelihood of our business. If you do not show up (No Show) or have frequent last minute cancellations, please forgive us if we are not able to book you in the future, and in this case, all of your pre-booked appointments will be cancelled too.

LATE ARRIVALS: Each of our guest’s time is very valuable; therefore, late arrivals will still end at scheduled time and will be responsible for full service fees.

PLEASE NOTE:  We have a no refund policy.  We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
